Day Five

Let’s see if I can practice temperance.

Nope - five days of binging.

Before I smoke I convinced myself I hadn’t changed and smoking was not going to undo much. Well I was wrong.

Been smoking weed for the past five day straight and this is what I’m like:

  • Zero exercise.
  • Eat everything and anything.
  • Sleep till late as possible.
  • Become recluse. Just want to smoke.
  • Inconsistently enthusiastic.

Sometimes you feel down, but you feel even more down when you’re constantly on drugs. I like who I was last week.
