Breathe
First day back at work after a week off and I’m filled with anxiety and sadness.
Been drinking heavily the past two nights and smoking just as much.
Today I have to find the strength to throw it all away, I have to get back to winning ways. It’s the only answer to happiness.
Time for me to grateful about what I have and build better habits. But how? I’ve said this so many times. What can I do to get back to where I was? How did I do it last time?
- No vaping
- No drinking
- No smoking
I have to do this for my special child.
